Start with your ruler at 0 at eye level. Pivot around the nose. Measure to the point of your chin. Use your thumb to hold the ruler position at the point of your chin.
Once you have your exact measurement, find your size on the chart below. If you're in between sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size.
