How many masks should I buy?
Once you determine your size, we recommend purchasing at least 3 masks per person. One to wear, one that can be in process of washing and another as backup.
What are Enro masks made of?
Outer Layer: 100% polyester treated with SILVADUR™ antimicrobial and water repellent finishes
Filter Layer: Melt Blown Polypropylene (MBPP)
Inner Layer: 100% cotton treated with SILVADUR™ antimicrobial finish
Ear Loop: 80% nylon, 20% spandex

What are the perforations on Enro mask's outer layer?
The perforations on the exterior layer of the mask allow for improved breathability of the mask. It does not impact the protection provided by the mask or the filter. It also does not impact the water repellent finish on the out layer of the mask.
Why does the Enro mask not have a valve?
While valves do allow you to breath easier, they also do not have filters that stop your germs from infecting others. The CDC states the following: "Masks with exhalation valves or vents should NOT be worn to help prevent the person wearing the mask from spreading COVID-19 to others (source control)."
Is the Enro mask hypoallergenic?
Because there is no standard definition of "hypoallergenic" in the industry as of now, we can't claim Enro masks as hypoallergenic. That being said, we work very hard to use sustainable materials that are both safe for you and better for the environment. If you have a concern with allergies, please reference the components used in the production of the mask against known allergies. The Enro mask blocks 99% of pollen often helping people with allergies!
How do you adjust the mask to fit?
Once masks is positioned on your face, adjust the nose bridge to keep the mask firmly in place. Then adjust the ear loop stoppers for a secure fit.
How was the Enro mask tested?
Enro masks are tested using standards created by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the American Association of Textile Chemists and Colorists (AATCC). We leveraged best in class independent laboratories (TUV & SGS) to conduct the test. For more information or test results, please contact customer service.
Does the Enro mask block odors?
Enro masks do block some odors through the fabric layers and filter, but are not intended as an odor block. The SILVADUR™ antimicrobial finish helps to provide freshness protection and enhanced odor control from naturally occurring odors during wear.
Where are Enro masks made?
Enro masks are designed in the USA and Hong Kong. They are produced in a top of the line facility in Vietnam. The facility is Blue Sign certified and is FDA registered.
Care & Use
How often should I wash my Enro mask?
Just like your socks or underwear, you should clean your mask after each day of use.
Just throw your Enro mask in with your regular wash, no special wash cycle required.
Your Enro mask is machine washable and dry-able up to 100x.
Wash at 100° F/ 40° C and tumble dry low
We do not recommend cleaning with alcohol spray because it will wear down the anti-microbial finish more quickly.
Can you wash an Enro mask in a laundry bag?
Yes. While not required, it does reduces the ear loops from tangling and some wear on the mask.
Should the mask be used in a clinical setting?
No. We do not recommend using an Enro mask in a clinical setting where the infection risk level through inhalation exposure is high. Please use a certified surgical mask for these situations.
Can you use the mask in high risk aerosol generating procedures?
No. Enro masks are not certified to block high risk aerosol generating procedures. Please use proper filtering equipment made for those processes.

How does the Enro mask ship and how long does it take?

As we continue to see updates in CDC recommendations and many people either going back to school or back to the office, we are facing unprecedented demand, causing some slight shipping delays. We understand how frustrating shipping delays can be, so we're very grateful for your patience during this time. We're working our hardest to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.
In US 48 states + Washington DC – we offer USPS Standard and FedEX Express shipping options. We offer free shipping based on order volume.

USPS Standard usually goes out USPS First Class mail or Priority mail with tracking. Transit times are usually 7 to 10 days.
FedEX Express usually uses FedEX expedited services. Transit times are 2 business days and 4 business day.
For Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico, we offer USPS First Class mail with tracking (Click here for rate table). Transit times are usually 7 to 12 days.
For Hong Kong, we offer local service from our facility in Hong Kong. We currently ship SF Express (Click here for rate table). Usual transit times are 3 to 5 business days.
For Japan, South Korea, China, Singapore, Vietnam, Malaysia we ship SF Express Economy (Click here for rate table) with usual transit times of 7 to 12 business days.
Canada, Mexico, Europe, South America & Other Areas
For Canada, Mexico, Europe, South America and other parts of the world, we use FedEX International Priority. On average shipments are received between 5-10 business days – depends on location. This is a shipping option with a high service and high level of service (See rate table).
For all international shipments (shipments shipping outside of the US and Hong Kong), we offer premium DDP (Duty Delivery Paid) service. If there are duties to be collected, we collect them at check out and remit on your behalf. This ensures smooth door-to-door service and fastest transit times.
All services include tracking information and will be available on the website for convenience.
Our US facility is located in the North Dallas area – minutes away from one of the largest airport in the US and Fedex, USPS, UPS hubs. During the holiday season, our facility in the North Dallas area will be operating 6 days a week getting orders out as fast as possible.
Our HK facility operates Monday thru Friday and will do their best to get orders out as fast as possible.
Return & Exchange Policy
We unfortunately cannot accept returns for our masks due to safety concerns. If your mask does not fit properly, please review the FAQ around adjusting the mask. If the mask still does not fit, please contact customer service and we will work to make it right.

Shipping is free for orders over $35 in the USA. Free & discounted shipping to other counties depending on order volume as well.
