- Step 1: REMOVE any loose debris and where applicable, wipe surface with damp rag.
- Step 2: CLEAN surface with a general-purpose cleaner. The cleaned surface must be dry before applying Novalent Spray AM RTU®.
- Step 3: PROTECT surfaces using Novalent Spray AM RTU® microbiostatic surface protectant. (Spray the entire surface area 4”-6” from the surface making sure the surface is completely covered. Let stand until dry (5-10 minutes).

Q: Is Novalent Spray AM RTU® Spray microbe killing mechanism physical or chemical?
A: Novalent Spray AM RTU® is physical instead of chemical. Unlike many other disinfectant/antimicrobial products, Novalent Spray AM RTU® will not create "build-up of antimicrobial resistance". This is one of the key competitive advantages of our technology as "build-up of antimicrobial resistance" will require increasing dosages overtime in order to maintain the same killing efficacy.
Q: If I clean my surfaces after using Novalent Spray AM RTU® will it no longer be effective?
A: Novalent Spray AM RTU® bonds to the surface with a copolymer bond and does not wash off during normal cleaning cycles. However, vigorous abrasion, temperatures above 482 °F (250 °C) and very high pH cleaning chemicals (pH13) may remove the biostatic protective coating in less than 90 days.
